The former barn of Cascina Triulza is today the covered market, a space that brings together aware consumers and high-quality producers. The area is reserved for small-scale producers, businesses and organizations that promote products and services mindful of quality, the environment and human rights. In a 700 square metre space, visitors have plenty to discover, from local products to crafts from all over the world, as well as little surprises from ethical, fair and sustainable trade. During the six months of the Expo, the market will house a real, operating Grana Padano factory to allow visitors to see how one of the most renowned products of Italian tradition is made.
