Education and prevention. The presence of the Lions in Cascina Triulza at Expo 2015 continues with appointments for children and teenagers. In the week 26-31 May the focus is on the prevention of youth problems and on the prevention of cancer. The week is organized by District 108TA3 of Veneto, which in addition to organizing a series of events and initiatives will lead to Expo over 800 teenagers from high school, who have been involved for two years in a project supported by Club STRA Riviera Brenta Host.
On May 27, at 10.30 pm, there will be the workshop "LIONS QUEST" to educate on healthy lifestyles and proper nutrition for the prevention of youth problems. On the same day, at 14 pm, there will be also the workshop MARTINA PROJECT to educate teenagers on proper nutrition for cancer prevention.
On 27 May, at 18 pm, there will be "Yours is my heart alone", a variety with songs of operetta and musicals, songs from movies and classic italian and foreign songs.
May 30 will be the Leo Day in Expo. The day will be divided into two phases: starting at 10, will take place in the courtyard of Cascina Triulza Different - Project Kair, a game on nutrition and disability. From 18.30 will take place Around the World in... (P)assaggi!: visitors must follow a path using the five senses to recognize the foods on display.
The day will end in music, starting from 19 pm, with Rock4Expo, show with music from the 70s.
