This event aims to examine in depth the interaction between all the factors that affect the change of agrobiodiversity in the world. In the first session the history of plants that make up our diet and how they have migrated will be explained. Then the relationship between biodiversity and diet will be analyzed. The diversity cultivated does not depend only on the preferences of men, but also on climate change. In the second session the relationship between men and agro-biodiversity will be analyzed, focusing in particular on the sustainability of our food choices from an environmental, social and economic point of view. Finally, through the analysis of documents of ethical committees and commissions, the prospects of science and research on biodiversity will be examined.
